    <p>Lynne S. Cunningham has more than 40 years of healthcare experience, including 30 years as a strategic planning and marketing consultant and international speaker on topics focused on strategic communications. She has worked with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, organ procurement organizations and federally qualified healthcare centers in the U.S. and Canada to define, measure and evaluate the perception of quality among patients, employees, physicians and the community. Ms. Cunningham is the author of several books and many journal articles on topics including the impact of patient satisfaction on malpractice exposure, physician involvement in marketing, and marketing best practices in a variety of service lines. Her newest book is <em>Taking Conversations From Difficult to Doable: 3 Models to Master Tough Conversations</em>. She recently retired from Studer Group, where she had been a coach and speaker for 20 years. Prior to that, she held staff administrative positions with Sutter Health and Kaiser Permanente. He is also on the faculty of Cornell University, Ithica, N.Y., in the Sloan Program in Health Administration where he has served as the executive in residence.     <p> During his 36 years as a hospital and medical group C-suite executive, Mark Herzog, FACHE, developed a wide-ranging practice, teaching and mentoring healthcare leaders across the spectrum from academic programs to seasoned leaders from all sectors of the healthcare industry. He is a frequent presenter at the Congress on Healthcare Leadership and has served as faculty at numerous ACHE education programs at the national and local levels.
