ACHE Unveils New Strategic Plan

The ACHE Board of Governors has approved the 2021–2023 Strategic Plan with a renewed focus on ACHE’s work to advance diversity and inclusion. ACHE annually examines its Strategic Plan with a continuing focus on meeting the evolving needs of our members and healthcare leadership. To achieve its central goal of educating, engaging and inspiring leaders to improve health, the three-year Strategic Plan focuses on driving advancements that enable the personal and professional growth of our members, and the safe, equitable, effective and efficient delivery of care to all.

Diversity and inclusion—one of ACHE’s four core values—was recently updated, as seen in the new Strategic Plan. Furthermore, in its role as a connector for the field of healthcare leadership, ACHE will focus on extending its reach and increasing diverse representation to cultivate an inclusive community across the continuum of healthcare leadership.
