Understanding Lean/Six Sigma can help you do more with less while improving quality and process in a healthcare environment. This webinar will present a case study of Monadnock Community Hospital - a critical access hospital - and its successful implementation of Lean/Six Sigma principles. Through a sustained effort over several years, MCH has substantially improved its bottom line, while cultivating quality, establishing a culture of accountability and results, and celebrating success.
The webinar will stress the importance of broad managerial participation, executive team buy-in, clearly defined deliverables and investment in leadership development. MCH experienced a cultural transformation through its Lean/Six Sigma process as it learned to remove waste, overcome obstacles and establish process improvements that ensure long-term sustainability.
