    <p>Laurie K. Baedke is the founder and CEO of Growth Edge Holdings. Baedke is a well-regarded keynote speaker at international conferences, an executive coach and the host of a weekly leadership podcast, <em>The Growth Edge</em>.</p> <p>Baedke holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She has been certified by the Gallup organization as a Strengths Performance Coach since 2006. </p> <p>Baedke contributed a chapter titled "The Clinician Entrepreneur" in <em>The Handbook of Private Practice</em>, a book published by Oxford Press in 2017.     <p><strong>Carson F. Dye, FACHE,</strong> president and CEO of Exceptional Leadership LLC, is a seasoned consultant with more than 40 years of leadership and management experience. He has served as an executive search consultant and partner with Witt/Kieffer, TMP Worldwide, and LAI/Lamalie Associates. Prior to these roles, he was partner and director of Findley Davies’s healthcare consulting division in Toledo, Ohio. He has 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, serving in executive-level positions at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Clermont Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.&nbsp;<br><br>Mr. Dye has been a regular faculty member for the American College of Healthcare Executives since 1987 and has presented workshops for 40 state and local hospital associations.     <p>Delvecchio S. Finley, FACHE, is president, Atrium Health Navicent, Macon, Ga.</p> <p>Board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow, Mr. Finley served as an ACHE Governor from 2018 to 2021, as an ACHE Regent for California—Northern & Central from 2007 to 2010, and on many ACHE committees. In 2014, he received the Robert S. Hudgens Memorial Award for Young Healthcare Executive of the Year.</p> <p>Before Mr. Finley assumed his current role in 2021, he was CEO, Alameda Health System, Oakland, Calif., from 2015 to 2021; CEO, LA County/Harbor–UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, Calif., from 2011 to 2015; vice president, Operations–Support and Professional Services, California Pacific Medical Center, from 2010 to 2011; interim COO, Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, San Francisco, in 2009; and hospital associate administrator, Diagnostic and Support Services, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, from 2006 to 2009. From 2003 to 2006, he worked for the University of California, San Francisco, in various positions: administrative director, HIV/AIDS Division (2005 to 2006); division administrator, Occupational and Environmental Medicine (2004 to 2005); and division administrator, Hematology/Oncology Division (2003 to 2005).</p> <p>In addition to his service to ACHE, Mr. Finley serves as a board member for the Central Georgia Health Network, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Hospital Association, Georgia Research Alliance, Navicent Health Foundation, NewTown Macon, Secure Health, Vizient Southern States and on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Alliance of Community Hospitals. He also serves as a member of the Council on Healthcare Spending and Value for <em>Health Affairs</em>. His prior board experience includes the American Hospital Association, California Hospital Association, the California Association of Public Hospitals and the Essential Hospitals Institute.</p> <p>He is the recipient of numerous awards and commendations. In 2015, <em>Modern Healthcare</em> recognized him through its “Up and Comers” program, and in 2016, named him one if its “Diversity Leaders to Watch.” He was also named in 2015 to <em>Becker’s Hospital Review</em>’s “Top 25 Healthcare Leaders Under 40” list, and in 2021, <em>Modern Healthcare</em> recognized him again, naming Mr. Finley one of the “Top 25 Diversity Leaders in Healthcare.” In 2022, he was included on <em>Georgia Trend</em> magazine’s “GEORGIA 500” list of the state’s most influential leaders. Additionally, Mr. Finley has received ACHE’s Service Award (2008), Distinguished Service Award (2011) and Exemplary Service Award (2014) through ACHE’s Recognition Program, and a Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent Award from ACHE in 2007.</p> <p>Mr. Finley earned a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford Institute of Public Policy, Durham, N.C., a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Emory University, Atlanta, and a graduate certificate in health policy, law and management from Duke University.   • Kathleen L. Forbes, MD

    <p><strong>Kathleen Forbes, MD, CPE, FAAFP</strong>, is executive vice president and COO of academic facilities and services for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System and vice chancellor of health affairs for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Forbes provides strategic and operational leadership for Le Bonheur Children&#8217;s Hospital, Methodist University Hospital, the Physician Enterprise, service lines, clinical institutes, the Integrated Operations Center, telehealth and affiliated services. She also oversees the academic relationships, graduate medical education and research. Prior to her appointment at Methodist, Forbes served as the system chief integration officer for Premier Health System in Dayton, Ohio. </p> <p>She began her career by starting her own practice in Brook Park, Ohio, and growing it for more than 10 years, including spearheading the development of a physician hospital organization and facilitating alignment with Cleveland Clinic. Forbes then transitioned to administration, serving in leadership roles of increasing responsibility and scope since 2001 at healthcare organizations including OSF Healthcare in Peoria, Ill.; University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth; TriHealth in Cincinnati; and Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. She has held numerous academic appointments at the University of Tennessee, University of North Texas Health Science Center, Bethesda North Hospital and Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, and Case Western Reserve University Medical School in Cleveland.</p> <p>Forbes is a board-certified physician executive and a board-certified family physician with a medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio.     <p>Anita Halvorsen, FACHE, is senior vice president, Executive Engagement, American College of Healthcare Executives in Chicago. The role encompasses the oversight of membership and credentialing of the 51,000 healthcare executive members of the professional association. Additionally, Ms. Halvorsen leads the Customer Service Center, the Career Resource Center and Research and has responsibility over diversity and inclusion, strategic partnerships, and numerous forum memberships.     <p>Darlene Oliver Hightower, JD, vice president of community health equity at Rush University Medical Center, is responsible for a team of 50 staff who oversee the implementation and evaluation of community programs aimed at improving the health of individuals in Rush&#8217;s community areas. She oversees the Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement, which includes three school-based health clinics and the Adolescent Family Center; community benefit reporting; Rush&#8217;s cradle-to-career healthcare pipeline programs; and Affirm: The Rush Center for Gender, Sexuality and Reproductive Health. Hightower is a member of the senior leadership team for West Side United&#8212;a cross-sector, collective impact collaborative aimed at improving health and economic vitality on Chicago&#8217;s West Side&#8212;and serves as co-chair of the Racial Justice Action Committee which is a systemwide initiative aimed at advancing social and racial justice at Rush. </p> <p>Prior to joining Rush, Hightower was national vice president of programs for Public Allies, Inc. She has served as a Chicago Community Trust Leadership Fellow, a University of Chicago Civic Leadership Academy Fellow and an Administrative Law Judge for the Chicago Department of Human Relations.     <div> <p>Amer Kaissi, PhD, is an award-winning professor of healthcare administration at Trinity University, a top-15 program. He is the author of the book &#8220;Intangibles: The Unexpected Traits of High-Performing Healthcare Leaders,&#8221; which won the 2019 American College of Healthcare Executives Book of the Year award. </p> <p>Dr. Kaissi joined the faculty of Trinity University in 2003 after earning a PhD in health services administration from the University of Minnesota. At Trinity, Dr. Kaissi teaches courses in leadership, professional development and public speaking and is the director of the Executive Program. His research interests include leadership and strategy. Dr. Kaissi is a national speaker with the Studer Group and a faculty member with ACHE. He is also a certified executive and physician coach.     <p>Gina T. LaMantia, FACHE recently held the position of director, Career Resource Center, ACHE. Her career spans more than 25 years in healthcare, covering a variety of professional settings, including academia, professional association, regulatory compliance, consulting and the provider side. Prior to her appointment with ACHE, Ms. LaMantia served as director of AMITA Health&#8217;s Leadership and Organizational Development Division, where she led strategic initiatives in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, workplace culture and human capital investment. Prior to that, she spent over a decade with The Joint Commission and Joint Commission Resources, where she assumed primary responsibility for all professional development and core competency training of JCR&#8217;s consultant cadre. Ms. LaMantia further developed educational content for Joint Commission&#8217;s public policy symposia and national conferences, working cooperatively with organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; World Health Organization; Occupational Safety and Health Administration; Federal Emergency Management Agency; and the American Red Cross. She has worked with healthcare leaders across multiple industries, focusing on performance improvement, leadership development and succession planning for high potentials. Ms. LaMantia holds a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from Benedictine University and a Master of Education degree in adult education from Loyola University Chicago. He has written 15 books and more than 100 articles, and he has served on hospital, college and civic boards. He is currently the chair of the board of the St. Charles Health System, Bend, Ore. Dr. Luskin-Hawk&#8217;s administrative career follows her clinical career as an infectious disease specialist, educator, clinical researcher and physician leader. She co-founded one of Chicago&#8217;s first inpatient HIV units at Saint Joseph in 1987, which served thousands of patients from Chicago and its suburbs. In 1989, Dr. Luskin-Hawk successfully sought National Institutes of Health funding and founded AIDS Research Alliance, Chicago, an independent, not-for-profit clinical research consortium, where she served as principal investigator for 15 years.     <p>Jonathan A. Sendach, FACHE, is the executive director at North Shore University Hospital where he oversees the overall executive management for the 800-bed quaternary care hospital. His responsibilities include strategy, financial stewardship and leadership of a facility that serves as one of the cornerstones of Northwell Health, as well as an academic campus for the Zucker Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine. Prior to being named executive director, he served as deputy executive director and associate executive director for hospital operations. </p> <p>Previously, Sendach was the associate executive director for finance at Glen Cove Hospital, a 265-bed acute care community hospital. There, he managed financial operations, patient financial services and health information management, as well as directed the annual budget process. In addition to business plan development and financial planning, he was also responsible for the oversight of the hospital&#8217;s faculty practice, comprised of 40 physicians and allied health professionals covering a range of specialties. He began his career in healthcare at Northwell as a staff emergency medical technician, working in both the 911 and critical care interfacility transport divisions. </p> <p>Prior to joining Northwell Health, Sendach worked as a senior account executive in the New York health and medical practice at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, an international public relations firm serving a range of clients.     <p>Jhaymee Tynan, FACHE, based in Washington, D.C., is an active member of Egon Zehnder&#8217;s global Health Services, Public and Social Sector, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices. She is a trusted advisor to clients across the health, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, helping them master complex leadership challenges while tapping the potential of diversity and inclusion.</p> <p>Before joining Egon Zehnder, Tynan was an assistant vice president at Atrium Health in Charlotte, N.C., with responsibilities that included large-scale post-merger integration. Earlier, she held a management role at Deloitte Consulting in Washington, D.C., focusing on business model transformation for the federal health system.</p> <p>Tynan earned a master&#8217;s degree in project management from George Washington University, a bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA in general management from Emory University&#8217;s Goizueta Business School. She is also board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow and serves on ACHE&#8217;s nominating committee. Alongside her consulting work, Tynan serves on various boards for the Healthcare Businesswomen&#8217;s Association, the American Hospital Association&#8217;s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the National Association of Health Services Executives, Women in Healthcare and Philanos. She has also founded 100x2030&#8482;, a global career initiative devoted to increasing sponsorship of women of color in healthcare. Tynan has been recognized by <em>Modern Healthcare</em> as a Top 25 Emerging Leader and by <em>Becker&#8217;s Hospital Review</em> as a Top African American Leader in Healthcare to Know. To relax, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat, and when she is not working, she enjoys cheering on Liverpool Football Club, reading and travel.</p>

    <p>Diana Tran&#173;Yu, PharmD, FACHE, is a U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps Lieutenant Commander, currently reporting to the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. As the deputy for administration, Tran-Yu is responsible for quality, safety and operational initiatives for seven departments (nutrition, facilities, logistics, information technology, patient administration, emergency management and operations). </p> <p>Formerly, Tran-Yu was attached to the Navy Recruiting Command, Medical and Dental Corps as the program manager for Medical Program Accessions. She has received three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, two Navy Achievement Medals, two Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medals, a Meritorious Unit Commendation, a Navy Recruiting Ribbon and the Fifth Gold Wreath Award, and she was named the 2016 Navy Recruiting District Houston Medical Officer of the Quarter. </p> <p>Tran-Yu served on ACHE&#8217;s Asian Healthcare Leaders Community Committee from 2017 to 2020 and was a member of the ACHE&#8212;Southeast Texas Chapter&#8217;s board of directors.</p>

    <p>Dr. Leslie Wainwright is a nationally recognized strategist, educator and innovation leader who brings over two decades of experience applying design thinking to complex challenges in healthcare and beyond. As a frequent speaker and faculty member with the American College of Healthcare Executives, she has educated thousands of executives on how human-centered innovation tools can drive meaningful, measurable change; her work has guided leadership teams spanning from major health systems to local start-ups. Dr. Wainwright currently serves as faculty for the ACHE seminar “Applying Thinking to Healthcare’s Most Pressing Challenges.” Her expertise includes healthcare delivery, biotechnology, advanced analytics and entrepreneurship.</p><p>Dr. Wainwright was a founding executive of several pioneering organizations, including Sg2 and AVIA and Do Tank, where she currently serves as partner and senior strategist. Her approach blends deep scientific training with practical strategy expertise.</p><p>As an accomplished educator, Dr. Wainwright has designed award-winning executive education programs, including the Rush University Leadership Academy in collaboration with the Illinois Hospital Association. She has shared her expertise through keynote roles at the Hospital Association of Southern California, the ACHE Chapter Leaders Conference and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Healthcare Transformation Delegation. Internationally, she led design thinking-based innovation training through the U.S.-Pakistan Science &amp; Technology Startup and Ideation Program as part of the GIST initiative. Dr. Wainwright holds a PhD from Northwestern University and completed a fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical School.</p>
