ACHE’s Board of Governors Approves 2024–2026 Strategic Plan
After discussion and field review, the ACHE Board of Governors has approved the 2024–2026 Strategic Plan.
ACHE’s Strategic Plan defines how the organization can support the healthcare field in building a leadership workforce capable of addressing the challenges facing leaders now and in the future. The 2024–2026 plan features a continued focus on the work to advance health by leading for safety and equity, growing our professional community of leaders across associated partnerships and nontraditional settings, and by helping chapters deliver value locally. Finally, ACHE will continue its commitment to cultivate leaders in reaching their highest potential by deepening our engagement with members, employers, and the healthcare community.
The Strategic Plan is examined annually, with a continued focus on meeting the evolving needs of members and healthcare leadership. The plan describes in further detail ACHE’s roles as catalyst, connector and trusted partner. More specifically as a catalyst and connector, this year ACHE will focus on implementing a next-level strategy for our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and identifying new ways to enhance our partnership with chapters.
As a trusted partner, ACHE will focus on the increased adoption of the FACHE® certification as the gold standard for leading. In addition, we will accelerate the use of technology to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing digital environment. Our highest priority is to remain relevant and deliver on the promise of advancing health through leadership.
