Program Spotlight:

Addressing Today’s Workforce Challenges

Last week, legislation was signed into law that would authorize grants for programs that offer behavioral health services for front-line healthcare workers. The legislation is named for Lorna Breen, MD, a physician who led the NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital ED. She died by suicide at the beginning of the pandemic.

In recognition of National Doctors Day, March 30, we are highlighting sessions at the upcoming Virtual Leadership Symposium, April 11–12, that focus on physician and clinical relationships and other workforce-related topics:

If you are attending the 2022 Congress on Healthcare Leadership, which kicks off today, you can still register for the Virtual Leadership Symposium with a discount of more than 50% off the regular fee by adding it to your in-person Congress registration by March 31. Or, you can register for it separately visiting ache.org/VLS.
