Other Ways to Donate

Donations to the Fund for Healthcare Leadership or the Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program help us advance our members and healthcare management excellence. If you have already made a contribution to the Fund for Healthcare Leadership this year, we sincerely thank you. If you have yet to make a tax-deductible gift, please consider doing so today. Your contribution, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated. There are many ways to give.

Annual Gifts

Individuals or organizations can make annual gifts by check (PDF) or credit card.

Matching Gifts: Many companies have matching gift programs to incentivize employees to donate to the charitable organizations of their choice. Check with your employer if your donation is eligible for a matching gift.

Multi-Year Pledge

Want to make an even greater impact on the future of healthcare? With a multi-year pledge, you can promise to make a larger contribution by breaking it up into more manageable installments over three to five years. You will be recognized for the total amount of the gift over the course of the pledge period. The minimum to participate is $500 per year for a three-year period.

Download the pledge form and return it to the Foundation of the American College of Healthcare Executives | The Fund for Healthcare Leadership | 3376 Eagle Way | Chicago, Illinois | 60678-1033.

Major Gift

ACHE asks individuals and organizations to reflect on the important role ACHE has played in their careers and in the professional success of others within their organizations. Consider contributing to our Major Gift Initiative. Major Gifts begin at $25,000 and can be made as a one-time gift or a multi-year pledge. All gifts made at the Leadership level or above will be recognized for five years.

Legacy Circle

We are pleased that a growing number of members have joined the Legacy Circle, which honors the generous individuals who have included the Foundation of ACHE in their estate plans via will, trust or planned gift.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Donations made in memoriam allow you to honor a deceased family member, friend or colleague.

Tribute gifts are a thoughtful way to acknowledge special events or to recognize an individual. Organizations and Chapters can use a tribute gift to celebrate advancements, retirements, anniversaries, speakers and volunteers. Consider making a donation in lieu of honorarium or gift to honor a distinguished individual.

Recommended minimum gift for memorials and tributes is $100. At your request, the Fund for Healthcare Leadership will send a personalized letter with your special message. Please make sure to supply the person's full name, if the gift is a memorial or tribute for a special occasion and mailing information so we can send acknowledgements in an expeditious manner.

To learn more about any of our giving options, please contact Timothy R. Tlusty, vice president, Development, at (312) 424-9305 or ttlusty@ache.org for more information.
