Application for International Associate

To be eligible for International Associate status, you must have:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• An interest in or commitment to the profession of healthcare management in a foreign country, not including members of the U.S. uniformed services

Note: International Associates interested in becoming board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of ACHE (FACHE^®) must first convert to Member status before submitting a Fellow application.

Dues Payment Options

• One-time Payment
  Make a one-time credit card payment at the time of application.
• Installment Plan
  Pay your dues over three monthly installments. You will receive email reminders prior to each installment payment.
• Check
  Complete a paper application to remit dues by check.
